To return your item, simply LOGIN to your account, view the order using the “Completed Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Describe the reason for the return. We will send you a confirmation of your request with instructions of where to ship your item. Please note that you are responsible for any freight charges incurred when shipping your bag to our authorized repair centers. Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your bag to its original condition.
