CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, MAR 7, 2011 — Max Mirani™ today introduced SmartSpace, a new category of space-saving luggage, at the 2011 Travel Goods Show (booth 1269).

The first two products in the SmartSpace line are CRUSH™ and MOVE™. CRUSH combines the durability and sculpted shape of hard-side luggage with the ability to collapse by nearly 50% to a compact size that fits in a space as small as a dresser drawer. MOVE is a mobile closet designed for frequent travelers and eliminates the need to pack and unpack in each destination, like having a custom closet on the road.
CRUSH is a full-size rolling trolley with a sleek and modern form that collapses in seconds, using no mechanical parts, to fit in extra small and unusual storage spaces. Its compact shape also enables people to pack it inside other luggage making it an ideal solution for shopping sprees.
MOVE Mobile Closet is for people who have neither the time nor desire to unpack and pack in each destination. A closet-hanging design and unique shelf system keeps clothing organized and accessible so people can easily live out of their luggage while traveling and saves space in hotel rooms and homes. MOVE’s inner lining also zips-out to become a separate shoulder bag creating two cabin size pieces in one.
